https://www.ejua.net/index.php/EJUA-HS/article/view/436

This study investigated the effect of corrective feedback providing explanations and corrections through teachers and peers on writing related problems and gaps. The sample was the second year students of Graphic Design Technology major at Aden Community College (ACC). The study adopted a quasi-experimental design employing a single experimental group that undertook a pre-test and a post-test to determine whether a significant difference existed between their scores. The mean scores of both tests were compared using a paired sample t-test and other statistical measures within the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). The findings indicated a significant difference between the pre-test and the post-test means, the post-test mean (6.5625) was higher than the pre-test mean (4.4688). This result suggests that the feedback procedures proposed by Barnwai (2010) played a crucial role to scaffold Graphic students noticing their writing problems and gaps to improve their writing skills. Based on these findings, the researchers recommended integrating corrective feedback into the current English writing course (Technical Writing) to enhance and develop writing skill.
Ibtisam Mohsen Abdullah Alsallami, Noor Hamed Abdulla

He is related to AlDeyarat poets, who always go to Christians cloisters that were existed in Arabic cities to drink wine and have fun in their clubs and also say the poetries in those cloisters and their gardens and their occasions and monks. https://www.ejua.net/index.php/EJUA-HS/article/view/439

This research aims to understand the role played by accounting information systems in the decision-making process and to determine the nature and strength of the relationship that must be considered in accounting information to meet administrative needs. This was done by applying the research to commercial banks in Aden Governorate. The researcher relied on previous relevant literature and studies to collect data related to the subject. From these، secondary data was obtained، which formed the theoretical framework of the research. As for the practical framework، (38) questionnaires were prepared and distributed to the research community for this purpose. (33) valid questionnaires were recovered for analysis، with a response rate of (87%). The researcher also used the descriptive and analytical approach as a scientific method that is compatible with the nature of the research، its problem، and its objectives. She used the necessary statistical methods to test the research hypotheses and obtain numerous results، the most important of which is the availability of qualitative characteristics of accounting information systems (suitability، reliability) in banks، between the quality of accounting information and the conditions and variables surrounding the decision-making process، as well as studying the commercial characteristics and requirements in Aden Governorate at a very high rate. It also showed that there is a statistically significant effect of suitability in rationalizing administrative decisions in banks at a significance level of 5%. Among the research recommendations is the presence of a positive effect of the qualitative characteristics of accounting information systems on the quality of electronic banking services. The research also recommends that commercial banks in Aden must apply modern accounting information systems to benefit from their unique characteristics in order to achieve the optimal utilization of their resources، and thus achieve their strategic vision and achieve high quality in administrative decision-making.
K. https://www.ejua.net/index.php/EJUA-HS/article/view/440

This study presents a Sunnite perspective derived from the contextual analysis of oaths and conditional clauses in the Prophetic Hadith. Prophetic hadiths are a primary source for understanding divine laws (sunan ilāhiyya), not only because of the signs and meanings embedded in their content, but also due to their authoritative role in Islamic legislation. The study is titled: "Divine Laws in Prophetic Hadith Through Emphasis in the Context of Oaths and Conditional Clauses". The research aims to demonstrate that emphasis (ta’kīd) in Hadith is not merely a rhetorical device, but a meaningful educational and epistemological tool. It helps instill the concept of divine laws in the consciousness of Muslims and aligns with the broader objectives of faith—offering solutions to our religious, intellectual, and behavioral challenges, and promoting a fulfilling, faith-based life. The study adopts an inductive methodology, analyzing a selection of Hadiths to uncover the underlying divine principles and explore their implications for individuals and society. The research is structured into an introduction and three main sections:

1. The linguistic and legal definitions of divine laws (sunan ilāhiyya),

2. Divine laws expressed through emphasis in the context of oaths, and

3. Divine laws conveyed through emphasis in conditional (if-then) statements.

It concludes with a summary of the key findings and recommendations, followed by a bibliography of sources and references used in the study.
A. https://www.ejua.net/index.php/EJUA-HS/article/view/441

The research revolves around extracting the divine laws related to belief in Allah from the verses of the Holy Qur’an and studying them doctrinally. It consists of two chapters: one is theoretical, in which I defined the meaning of divine laws linguistically and technically, and the meaning of the divine laws related to belief in Allah. The other is practical: in it I talked about the most prominent divine laws related to belief in Allah, and I provided evidence for them from the Qur’an and mentioned the commentators’ statements about them. Then I deduced from the sum of the verses and the commentators’ statements the most important meanings of those laws and their doctrinal implications. Then I concluded the research with the results I reached, the most important of which is that the divine laws related to belief in Allah are those apparent, observable laws that indicate the greatness of the Creator, glory be to Him, and that He alone deserves worship, without anyone else. Among the most important of those laws are: the law of creation, the law of perfection, the law of subjugation, and the law of provision. I mentioned some recommendations, the most important of which is the necessity of studying the letter “seen” as a doctrinal study that connects creation to others, glory be to Him, and explains the events of the universe with a correct explanation, far from the pollution of materialistic philosophies. Then I concluded the research with its most important sources and references.
Saleha Hassan Mohammad Al-Shehry
