Abstract

The study deals with the reality of financial inclusion in Yemeni banks. It aims to identify the concept of financial inclusion and its three dimensions (access to financial services، use of financial services, quality of financial services) and to identify how the Yemeni banks are implementing the dimensions of financial inclusion by targeting a sample of clients of Yemeni bank branches in Hadhramaut Governorate. The researcher has adopted the descriptive analytical approach. The study has concluded a number of results: The level of application of the dimensions of financial inclusion in Yemeni banks is high, after (the dimension of access to financial services and the dimension of the quality of financial services), which are at a high level of application، while after using the financial services had an average application level. The study has reached a number of recommendations: the need to increase the branches of Yemeni banks and open these branches in the evening period so that companies and individuals can access their accounts and financial transactions in a way that suits their working hours، which extends to the evening period, and the need to increase the spread of ATMs and points of sale, in addition to the need for Yemeni banks to get rid of long routine work procedures to complete financial transactions, as this plays a major role in shortening time and accelerating financial and banking work.
